Nicole Kidman has entered her single era, having finalised her divorce from Keith Urban in January. The pair co-owned a host of properties, including a Sydney apartment, which they sold last month. However, there is a property owned by the Aussie pair that has flown under the radar – and is still in their possession.
Babygirl actress Nicole and 'The Fighter' singer Keith, both 58, have owned Bunya Hill, a Georgian mansion dating back to 1858, since 2008. The property, situated in the Sutton Forest area of New South Wales, sits over 110 acres of land and has been described by House and Garden as a "rustic farm."

The pair reportedly paid a $6.5 AUD for the property 18 years ago, but it is now thought to be worth a staggering $12 million. Here, the former couple has enjoyed some of their most private moments together in the home that features a pool room just off the main entrance, a library with floor-to-ceiling bookshelves, and a light and airy living room with a wood-burning fireplace.
As if there wasn't enough space in the main house, the residence also boasts a small guest cottage surrounded by open fields where cows and other livestock graze.
Nicole sells her Sydney apartment
The Bunga Hills home, which became Nicole and Keith's Australian holiday home during their relationship, is a far cry from the Sydney apartment that the Big Little Lies star offloaded in 2025.
The Milsons Point apartment situated on Sydney harbourfront sold for $8.5 million and featured three bedrooms. The sale came after the actress purchased the pad in 2023 for $7.725 million.
The sale only reached the public last month; however, it actually took place midway through 2025, with winemaker David Madson snatching it up. Fit for an owner living a life of luxury, the apartment is situated on the 15th floor of the highly exclusive Latitude complex on Lavender Street and features panoramic views of the Sydney Harbour Bridge and Opera House.
Fans will have to wait and see what happens to the rest of Nicole and Keith's shared property portfolio now that their divorce has been finalised. During their marriage, they owned a 10,925-square-foot main house in Nashville and a $4.7 million Beverly Hills mansion, to name a few.
Court documents obtained by the Daily Mail last month revealed that their divorce settlement ensures that their real estate will be divided to the mutual satisfaction of both parties, with each keeping what is already in their possession.
