Ben Affleck has made a very generous donation to his ex-wife, Jennifer Lopez's, estimated $400 million fortune.
The Accountant star, 53, has handed over his entire portion of interest in their $60 million former marital home in Beverly Hills, according to TMZ.
The exes modified their property settlement from their divorce, which was finalized in January 2025, with Ben giving Jennifer his stake in the property, worth tens of millions of dollars, for free.
"The parties shall be responsible for any taxes arising from the transactions/transfers," the court documents state. "The parties agree that the transactions/transfers shall constitute a transfer of property among spouses incident to divorce for federal income tax purposes."
Jennifer and Ben paid a whopping $60.85 million in cash for the property in May 2023, but according to the original listing, it was "renovated with the highest level of quality."
The sprawling abode offers "breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains, creating a serene backdrop for its unparalleled amenities," which include a zero-edge pool, basketball and pickleball courts, a fully equipped gym, a boxing ring, a sports lounge, and a bar.
The stunning home has been "designed and constructed with impeccable taste" and "seamlessly integrates today's cutting-edge technology with timeless elegance".
It spans "approximately 46,000 square feet under roof and 38,000 square feet under air conditioning". There is also a separate 5,000-square-foot guest penthouse, caretaker house, a two-bedroom guardhouse, a spacious 12-car garage, and parking for 80 vehicles.
They listed the home for $68 million in July 2024, one month before Jennifer filed for divorce, and were close to selling the property to a New Jersey buyer for $64 million in December 2024.
Despite its appeal, that deal fell through, and the house was taken off the market in July 2025 when the listing expired.
It was relisted two months later for a reduced price of $52 million, but so far, the home has yet to attract a buyer.
Jennifer has been living in the house while renovating the 10,046-square-foot Hidden Hills property she bought after her split from Ben, which boasts a barn, stables, a riding arena, a pool, a theater, a chef's kitchen, and a gym.
Ben, meanwhile, snapped up a five-bedroom, six-bathroom home in Pacific Palisades for $20.5 million.
The two-story home has an open-plan living space with a chef's kitchen, a primary bedroom that features a fireplace, and high ceilings and garden views throughout.
Ben and Jennifer finalized their divorce in January, less than five months after she filed to dissolve their two-year marriage in August 2024.
While she listed their date of separation as April 26, she waited until the second anniversary of their Georgia wedding to file the papers.
The former couple surprised fans by announcing they had tied the knot in a low-key Las Vegas wedding at the Little White Chapel on July 16, 2022.
They then hosted a lavish three-day wedding party at Ben's estate in Georgia on August 20, 2022.
