Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban finalized their divorce on January 6, 2026, and have divided their assets, including their homes, keeping what was already in their individual possession.
One of the homes that the pair owned together was the $4.7 million abode in Beverly Hills. The house features a glorious outdoor space that is designed with privacy in mind, as it features a vertical garden.
Instead of maintaining just a lawn, greenery can be seen growing up the fences of Nicole's garden in a set of photos posted in January 2025 on the night of the Golden Globes. The wooden fence has been entirely covered in English ivy and lush vines to create a canopy of green.
This design, where plants are densely layered to create a wall of sorts, enhances the privacy of the outdoor space, which can feel more exposed, while also ensuring an organic feel.
An attempted robbery
Not only privacy but security will be of the utmost importance to newly single Nicole. Last February, the home in Beverly Hills was targeted by criminals while the former couple was in Las Vegas.
According to TMZ, an intruder entered the residence by smashing a glass window and was subsequently scared away by a member of Nicole and Keith's staff returning to the house. Details of what contents were stolen were not publicly disclosed.
At the time, the Los Angeles Times reported that the road on which the house is situated is within the Hidden Valley gated community of Los Angeles in the exclusive Beverly Hills Post Office neighborhood, where the likes of Penelope Cruz, Cameron Diaz, Jennifer Lawrence, Adele, and Katy Perry have purchased homes.
Nicole's single girl home
The pair who share daughters Sunday, 17, and Faith, 15, purchased the five-bedroom home in 2008. It was built in 1965 and sits over 4,100 square feet of land. Perhaps the property's most impressive feature, besides the al fresco pool and five bathrooms, is its views of the canyons.
Despite this, Nicole's main home is reportedly the 20-room estate in Music City, Nashville, that she purchased with Keith for $4.89 million in 2008.
It is located in the Northumberland gated community and boasts seven bedrooms, eight bathrooms, and a home theater.
