No business is perfect, but how they take care of their customers matters. I was very hesitant in placing an order with a company I've never dealt with before. But I decided to take a chance and the first order went great. I received my products within 2 weeks. Unfortunately my second order didn't go so well. I received my totes 2 days ago and once I opened my package, my first impression was like OMG! It’s so stunning. The Onthego totes quality is too good.
