Although I didn’t really need “customer service” in a traditional sense, team member Tracy reached out and informed me of some minor changes to a bag I had ordered. It’s always a little concerning when ordering any Luxury Goods but this company truly runs an excellent business or at least the team members on the front line are amazing. Give that gal a raise!

I definitely think I'm worth the money, very sturdy, leather is good quality. I love the design amd how it come with a little bag! Absolutely love my bags! The shipping did take a while due to customs , but i definitely will be ordering from this website and this vendor often to cut out the middle man. This was my first order from Dolabuy and it did not disappoint! Shipping took about a month it it was worth the wait. The bag is so cute feels very sturdy and I wouldnamp;apos;t think it was a fake unless I got up close and personal with the bag. The quality of the bag is amazing. The canvas is thick and textured, the tiger head closure is detailed and functional, the chain strap is adjustable and elegant, and the interior has two compartments with suede lining.
