Team GB curlers Jen Dodds and Bruce Mouat spoke to Best Quality Designer Handbag in an exclusive interview ahead of the Winter Olympics, revealing how starstruck they were by the Prince and Princess of Wales, who joined them at Scotland's National Curling Academy in Stirling.
"I was starstruck, to be honest," says Bruce, 31, who instructed Prince William on how best to approach the sport. "They walked into the ice rink just like two normal people would.
“It was so cool, having the Prince and Princess shaking hands with us, chatting and wishing us good luck. I thought it was really special that they came along and I was honoured to have the opportunity to teach them how to curl."

King Charles stepped out on Sunday with his wife, Queen Camilla, as the pair attended church at St Mary Magdalene on the royal Sandringham estate in Norfolk.
It comes after Charles made a surprise outing to the Sandringham parkrun on Saturday, cheering on participants from the sidelines.

Sarah Ferguson's emails to Epstein revealed
Sarah Ferguson and her daughters, Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie, are mentioned in emails with convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein released by the US Department of Justice on Friday.
Emails to the disgraced paedophile financier included messages reading "just marry me" and comments about Sarah's daughters.
One message, sent in January 2010 - just six months after Epstein was released from prison - Sarah wrote: "You are a legend. I really don't have the words to describe, my love, gratitude for your generosity and kindness. Xx I am at your service. Just marry me."
Other messages refer to Princesses Beatrice, now 37, and Eugenie, 35. On 1 July, 2010, Epstein wrote to “Sarah” saying: “(Redacted) will be in London on sat, any chance of your daughters saying hello”. “Sarah” responded saying "Beatrice is in London with her father. Eugie is away with a cool boyfriend. How long (redacted) in London?"
King Willem-Alexander and Queen Máxima of the Netherlands's wedding anniversary
Today marks 24 years since King Willem-Alexander and Queen Máxima of the Netherlands tied the knot. The pair said 'I do' at a ceremony held on February 2, 2002 in Netherlands, which was attended by King Charles and the Duke and Duchess of Edinburgh.

Prince Harry showcased his seriously impressive surfing skills over the weekend. The Duke of Sussex was seen in the water near his home in Montecito with Meghan Markle and their two children. The clip was posted on Instagram on 31 January by surf coach Raimana Van Bastolaer.
Norwegian PM criticises 'poor judgement' from Crown Princess over Epstein emails
Norway’s prime minister has said he agrees with Crown Princess Mette-Marit's admission of "poor judgement" over her links to late sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.
The princess is mentioned hundreds of times between 2011 and 2014 in the latest files released by the US Department of Justice relating to Epstein.
Dozens of emails were traded between the crown princess and the convicted sex offender, appearing to show that they were in contact between 2011 and 2014.
In a statement released on Saturday, the princess said: "I showed poor judgement and regret having any contact with Epstein at all. It is simply embarrassing."
She went on to express her "deep sympathy and solidarity with the victims of the abuses committed by Jeffrey Epstein".

King Willem Alexander and Queen Maxima of the Netherlands have stepped out on a special occasion.
Stepping out to visit the Wijkpaleis community center to mark their anniversary as patrons of the fund, the royal couple marked an anniversary of their own.
Today marks Willem-Alexander and Maxima's 24th wedding anniversary, after they tied the knot on 2 February 2002. The outing is also the queen's first since being taken ill last week with flu.
Son of Norway's Crown Princess is arrested again
The son of crown Princess Mette Marit of Norway has been arrested on new charges just days before the start of his rape trial.
Marius Borg Høiby, 29, was arrested on Sunday evening, accused of assault, threats with a knife, and violating a restraining order, according to police in Oslo.
The arrest came two days before Marius' rape trial begins, which is due to commence on Tuesday and last up to six weeks. The stepson of Prince Haakon faces charges of 38 offences, including four counts of rape and the domestic abuse of a former partner.
Queen Maxima's wedding anniversary look
Queen Maxima of the Netherlands has stepped out today to visit Wijkpaleis community centre in Rotterdam, an outing that coincides with her 24th wedding anniversary with King Willem Alexander.
For the occasion, Maxima went for a chic grey caped moment with a tie neck. She also donned shiny black knee-high boots and drop diamond earrings - so chic!

In case you missed it, thousands of people gathered in Sweden for a large demonstration against gun violence over the weekend.
Queen Silvia was in attendance and gave a speech during the gathering. During the demonstration, the Queen received the Adriana’s Wings award, which recognised her long-standing work advocating for children's rights to safety and protection.

King Frederik of Denmark held a public audience at Christiansborg Palace earlier today.
The Royal House has a long tradition of allowing anyone with a special request to appear before the Regent. At the audience, it is possible to express gratitude for an order or medal, as well as for a royal appointment or dismissal. The King received 80 audience seekers today, including social and health worker at Care Center Søparken LeveBo Helle Østergaard Severinsen from Frederikshavn who thanked the King for the Merit Medal.
The hidden meaning behind Queen Camilla and Duchess Sophie's brooches
This afternoon, we're bringing you an exclusive interview with the designers behind Queen Camilla and Sophie, The Duchess of Edinburgh's brooches worn to the premiere of the documentary Finding Harmony: A King’s Vision last week.
Katie Dickson, who made Sophie's brooch, spent eight hours on her creation, using a mixture of materials: mohair wool, Swarovski crystals, ceramic stones and metal goldwork wires, plus sequins and metal and glass beads.
"I was looking at ceramics in the gardens and all of the different materials, like the metalwork," she told us. "It was an honour."
