The Prince and Princess of Wales couldn't have looked happier in a new photo shared on Valentine's Day.
The beautiful photograph was shared on the official Instagram account for the Prince and Princess of Wales, and saw the future King and Queen beaming while in the countryside.
Accompanying the black and white snap were the words: "Happy Valentine’s Day," alongside a pink love heart emoji. The photo was taken in April last year in Norfolk and was from the same photo session as the royal's 2025 Christmas Card.
The photograph was taken by Josh Shinner, the mastermind behind a long list of William and Kate's precious moments captured on camera, including their family Christmas cards, as well as previous birthday portraits of Prince George and Prince Louis.
Josh shared his appreciation for his time photographing the Wales back in April,' resharing another incredible photograph taken at the time, which was shared by Kate on Father's Day 2025, showing William with his sons and daughter, Princess Charlotte.
Alongside the image, he gushed: "It’s been a real privilege to photograph the @princeandprincessofwales over the last couple of years, and this might be my favourite shot to date. Just a really joyful and spontaneous moment that I’m so happy to have been there for."
For the session, the family coordinated in green hues, with Kate sporting a khaki knit over a ruffled blouse and a checked skirt, while her daughter, Princess Charlotte, wore a printed jumper.
Kate's secret Valentine's Day nod
As well as their public display of affection, Kate appeared to honour the most romantic day of the year last week, wearing a gorgeous heart-shaped gold chain by Daniella Draper, known as the 'Gold Keeper's Heart Trace Chain Necklace'.
Eagle-eyed fans notice the £1,555 piece has been engraved, it hasn't been noted what it actually says, but it seems like it could be a gift, perhaps from her doting husband, Prince William. After all, it was Kate's birthday last month, and the heart-shaped design supposedly "symbolises love and connection".
