King Charles' unusual request every time he leaves Highgrove House
King Charles is a keen gardener, so when Jack Stooks, his Senior Gardener at Highgrove House, appeared on This Morning, host Ben Shephard couldn't resist asking him what the king's favourite houseplants were.
After revealing they are, in fact, geraniums and pelargoniums, Jack added: "When he wasn't there, they were in the glasshouse, and then when he was there, they would get taken back up to the house.
"We cared for them when they were out of the house, and then once they went in, the housekeepers had the joy of looking after them in there."

Duchess Sophie meets adorable guide dog puppies
The Duchess of Edinburgh made a new friend Tuesday, during a historic visit to Belfast in Northern Ireland.
On her first solo visit to the country in eight years, Sophie visited the Bloomfield Walkway Community Centre to celebrate 40 years of the organisation – and she met one its newest (and cutest) recruits: Puppy in training Luna.
As the excited pup greeted her with an enthusiastic wag of her tail, Sophie said with a smile: "You’re not meant to jump up."

Queen Letizia attends Fernando Ónega's funeral
Queen Letizia of Spain took a break from royal duties on Wednesday to attend the funeral of Spanish journalist Fernando Ónega, who is the father of journalist and presenter Sonsoles Ónega.
Upon her arrival, Letizia – who donned a double-breasted blazer with matching trousers, loafers and clutch – stopped to speak to press.
"We saw Fernando Ónega as an unattainable figure, a professional we all aspired to be like," she said. "Fernando Ónega has been a constant presence in my life because radio has always been a part of my home."
She continued: "Later, I was fortunate enough to meet one of his daughters at one of her jobs as a writer, so Fernando became, in addition to a role model, the father of my friend."
King Felipe
King Felipe of Spain was pictured greeting staff during his visit to the Aspace Seville Centre for Comprehensive Care for People with Cerebral Palsy on Wednesday.
Upon his visit, the Spanish monarch toured the Aspace's facilities, which showcase the work of people with cerebral palsy and the support of Spanish institutions to promote social participation of people with the condition.

Princess Anne receives a special honour
The Cheltenham Festival has chosen to honour the Princess Royal, 75, by naming one of the cups after her. Previously known as the "Amateur's Gold Cup", The Princess Royal Challenge Cup Open Hunters’ Steeple Chase will now take place on Gold Cup day, it was announced this week.
Guy Lavender, CEO of Cheltenham Racecourse, said: "The Hunters’ Chase at The Festival is a contest which recognises and celebrates the very origins of our great sport. Princess Sophie of Prussia wears the Princess of Wales' go-to label
Princess Sophie of Prussia looked incredible on Sunday, 1 March, at the reopening of the Hohenzollern Crypt at Berlin Cathedral.
The 47-year-old donned an elegant dress by Alessandra Rich in a classic navy blue and white colourway.
It's safe to say that when the Princess of Wales dons dotty pieces, Alessandra Rich ensembles are often her first port of call. Kate wore a similar dress by the designer in 2018 for the then-Prince Charles's official 70th birthday portraits. It was also designed in navy blue and featured the brand's signature preppy collar and cuff detailing.

Duchess Sophie steps out in £1k Jimmy Choo boots
The Duchess of Edinburgh has had a busy week so far. On Tuesday, the 61-year-old met representatives from Guide Dogs as patron of the charity during a visit to the Bloomfield Walkways Community Centre in Belfast.
For the occasion, Prince Edward's wife opted for a killer pair of ankle boots by Jimmy Choo, which cost around £1,000. The burgundy style, officially known as the 'Cycas 80 Ankle Boots in Garnet', featured an unusual skinny three-inch heel which fluted down into a circular shape, as well as a pointed toe.

The service will feature landmark artistic moments, including the world premiere of the Commonwealth Symphony, composed by Rekesh Chauhan, and a bespoke dance collaboration between the Royal Ballet School and Sapnay Entertainments, uniting classical ballet and Bollywood in a powerful expression of cross-cultural partnership.
Princess Beatrice's husband Edoardo jets off to a US destination
Princess Beatrice's husband of five years, Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi, has jetted off to Florida for the second time this year, amid his father-in-law, Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor's scandal.
The 42-year-old is a dedicated businessman, and he's in the Sunshine State to work on an exciting new project for his company, Banda Property.
The father-of-three shared a clip from a building site in West Palm Beach where a luxury hotel is reportedly being built. Other photos included beautiful buildings in the area and a snap of the turquoise ocean.

Lady Kitty Spencer's daughter wears a Princess Diana-style outfit
Lady Kitty Spencer has shared a stunning carousel of pictures of her holiday in Cape Town, many of which featured her two-year-old daughter, Athena.
"Cape Town camera roll," she penned, alongside the sunshine-filled images. Her toddler daughter featured in the majority of the pictures, and in one shot, wore a beautiful blush pink dress that boasted a statement rectangular collar in white.
This regal-style design had a traditional, elegant touch, and it looked just like a dress that Athena's great aunt, the late Princess Diana, wore in 1984.

Princess Kate's busiest 80s Prada dress – with 'strategic' agenda
The Princess of Wales is the queen of nailing an understated monochromatic look on a daytime engagement.
However, in 2017, she switched it up and opted for something a little more playful. Stepping out alongside her husband, Prince William, and brother-in-law, Prince Harry, Kate, now 44, visited The Sunken Garden at Kensington Palace after it was transformed into a White Garden in memory of Princess Diana.

"Please pick up your pens and share your ideas. Good luck and I look forward to reading the winning entries from every region of our Commonwealth!"
Prince Harry's surprise appearance
While Prince William and Princess Anne are having busy days, the Duke of Sussex also made a surprise appearance. Harry called in to representatives from the Travalyst Coalition, Board and Independent Advisory Group as they kicked off their conference in Berlin. The royal has long supported the sustainable travel firm, appearing virtually at an event for them all the way back in 2020.
Duchess Sophie features in rare interview

Luxembourg royal speaks about dyslexia
Prince Louis of Luxembourg has launched a new podcast, Dys: My Strength, where he speaks about his life with dyslexia. In the six-part series, the royal will chat with doctors, experts, associations, families and affected individuals about the condition.
In one of the episodes, Louis explains: "I very quickly noticed that my brain didn't work like other people's, because I saw that I couldn't do things that seemed easy to them. Spelling was especially problematic. And I had trouble retaining or memorizing things."
He later added: "That's the problem with all dyslexics: we're constantly confronted with our weaknesses. And because we spend so much time mitigating the negative symptoms of dyslexia, we often end up not even knowing what we're actually good at."
Harry and Meghan's home rule
Despite their public personas, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are still keen to remain private, with their wish extending to their glorious Montecito mansion. Recent videos seem to indicate how seriously the couple are taking their privacy, as our Replica Luxury Handbags Editor, Rachel Avery, explains here...

But don't worry, they will be back home later in the year!"

William started his day off in Cornwall by visiting the Gear Farm Pasty Company, a family-run farm known for producing traditional Cornish pasties. We do love a good Cornish pasty!
