For almost a decade, Jerry Ferrara was a fan-favorite on the hit series Entourage, playing the loyal and laid-back Salvatore "Turtle" Assante from 2004 to 2011, before reprising his role in the 2015 film adaptation.
While viewers followed along as Turtle navigated friendship in Hollywood, Jerry was quietly building a love story of his own off-screen. He met his wife, Breanna Racono, on the set of the HBO show before tying the knot in 2017.

Jerry first met Breanna on the set of Entourage when she appeared in a 2011 episode of the show. They began dating three years later and announced their engagement via social media in August 2016.
"I SAID YES!!! Wait, I mean...I've had many great blessings in my life," he wrote alongside a photo of the pair post-engagement.
"But this one by far is the best of all time. You are the greatest person I ever met!" Breanna commented: "I am so lucky to marry this man. #engaged #isaidyes #fiancé."
Jerry and Breanna tied the knot in June 2017 in Canton, Ohio, near the bride's hometown, in front of 160 guests. "This day was all about close friends and family – bringing people together from Los Angeles, New York, and Ohio – and celebrating in an intimate setting," she told Brides.
The mother of three has worked as an actress since 2006, and appeared in projects like Bones, CSI: NY, Master of None and Blue Bloods.
She also landed an uncredited role in the 2015 Entourage film. According to Breanna's Instagram bio, she now works as a birth doula and home birth midwife assistant.

Jerry announced that he and Breanna were expecting their first child together in January 2019 with a social media message. "With the 1st pick in the 2019 draft of life. @breanneracanoferrara and I select: our unnamed BABY BOY!!!" he wrote, alongside a photo of the duo on a basketball court as he pointed to his wife's baby bump.
"It's been a long journey, and we both cannot be more excited for parenthood. Growing up without a father means this is the most important job/thing I'll ever do," he continued.
"I could NOT be ready for this without my beautiful pregnant wife. I pray he gets your height, face, athleticism, charm, intelligence and most importantly. Your metabolism! 2019 here we come!"
Breanna shared her own announcement on social media, revealing that she and Jerry had suffered a devastating pregnancy loss in 2018.
"This past year has been filled with love, loss, grief, lots of patience and more love. And now learning to navigate pregnancy after loss (which at times can be terrifying)," she wrote. "Thank you to such an incredible support group of family and friends in our lives."
Baby Jacob Michael was born in May 2019, with the Entourage star sharing a first look at their newborn son.
"Mom and baby are doing great, and I'm still amazed by the strength, willpower, determination and self-belief my wife showed during birth," he shared on Instagram. "It's the greatest thing I've ever seen anyone do in my lifetime. I'll try and limit the baby pics, but I cannot promise I can resist."
Jerry has shared over the years that Jacob takes after him in that he is a huge Knicks fan, and has even joined him courtside at NBA games. He is also an avid reader, according to Breanna.

Jerry announced that he and Breanna had welcomed another son, James, in May 2021, with a sweet tribute on Instagram.
"My heart is so full, and we are ready to do our best to raise good men! To my two boys, I promise to always love you and to be there for you in every way I can be," he shared alongside several photos of baby James.
"To my amazing wife @breanneracanoferrara, what can I say? You're the greatest thing that ever happened to me, who also gave me two of the greatest gifts I have ever received," he continued.
"I marvel at what you have done, and you are the glue that holds us all together. Not enough words to ever thank and honor you. So for now I'll just say thank you, and I love you forever and ever!" According to Breanna, James looks up to his older brother and loves to wrestle.

Baby number three arrived for Jerry and Breanna on January 31, 2026, with the actor sharing an array of photos of the family of five.
"On 1/31, I became the luckiest guy in the world again. Somehow I'm blessed with another SON," he said.
"My wife @breanneracanoferrara once again showed me just how amazing life can be. And she also again blew my mind with her power and spirit. It was a beautiful birth, and everyone is doing great."
"I fully accept the opportunity to raise three strong, caring, good-hearted men who hopefully help people. I will die trying to accomplish this mission. But will also make sure I take the time to enjoy every single moment of the journey. Say hello to Jesse Charles Ferrara."
Breanna shared on social media that Jacob and James were smitten with their little brother. "Our oldest son, Jacob, never left my side and witnessed the strength and power of birth. (Some woman is going to be really lucky someday," she wrote. "His brothers are completely in love – we have to fight them for skin-to-skin."
