Kelly Osbourne has made headlines recently after responding to "cruel" comments about her physical appearance.
The 41-year-old has now twice publicly addressed the negative attention she has received following two recent outings, hitting back at critics who have described her as "frail" and "fragile" following the death of her dad, Ozzy Osbourne, last July.
But Kelly isn't the only person to speak out and ask for "support" and "love" instead of criticism; her good friend, hairstylist Lino Carbosiero, has made a public plea too.
Sharing a photo of himself and Kelly hugging during a visit to the salon, he penned on Instagram: "Could you please send some love to my dear friend @kellyosbourne she's been so loyal, kind and supportive to me and my family throughout the years."
He added: "I've been cutting her hair since she was a kid and she is very special to me. Kelly, you only deserve the best! keep strong xxx."
Lino's request came after Kelly issued a statement following her appearance at the BRIT Awards on February 28 alongside her mother, Sharon Osbourne.
The former star of The Osbournes reacted to harsh comments from fans on social media, who criticised her appearance after she appeared to have lost weight.
"There is a special kind of cruelty in harming someone who is clearly going through something. Kicking me while I'm down, doubting my pain, spreading my struggles as gossip, and turning your back when I need support and love most," Kelly penned on her Instagram Stories.
"None of it proves strength; it only reveals a profound absence of compassion and character. I'm currently going through the hardest time in my life. I should not even have to defend myself. But I won't sit here and allow myself to be dehumanized in such a way."
Just a few days earlier, Kelly hit back at one social media user who compared her to a "dead body" and described her as "too thin."
Sharing a screenshot of the body-shaming post directed at her, she wrote on her Stories: "Literally can't believe how disgusting some human beings truly are! No one deserves this sort of abuse!"
In a separate post, she also seemingly addressed the criticism aimed at her appearance, sharing text that read: "This too shall pass, but like, holy [expletive]."
The criticism aimed at Kelly came one day after she attended the Royal Ascot Millinery Collective Spring/Summer 2026 presentation in London on February 22, wearing an embellished, burgundy turtleneck dress.
Kelly has previously reacted to comments about her physical appearance following Ozzy's death on July 22, 2025.
In December, she shared a lengthy video on her Stories addressing the "disgusting, horrible, mean, rude comments" she received.
"I'm just here to say, 'What do you expect from me? What do you expect me to look like right now?' The fact that I'm getting out of bed and facing my life and trying to be more than enough, I should be commended for that," she said.
Kelly went on to advise those people writing "sick comments" about her to "take a strong, hard look" at themselves.
She said: "For example, you say that I look ill. Well, I am ill right now. My life is completely flipped upside down. I don't understand how people expect me to bounce back and look like everything is just fine in my life when it's not."
