Taylor Dayne looked so different from her days as an '80s pop sensation in new photos posted to social media, with the 63-year-old sharing a backstage look at her stylish tour outfit.

The "Tell It To My Heart" singer took to Instagram to share a carousel of photos of herself clad in a black bodysuit featuring gold spikes, gold chains, sheer sleeves and pointed shoulders.

Taylor added shimmering pantyhose and knee-high black boots to complete the look, and opted to wear her long blonde locks down to her waist in bombshell curls. "I had such a fabulous time on stage in Seattle last night! What a great start to my weekend of performances," she wrote in the caption, as fans rushed to the comment section to share the love.

"Our one true icon," said one, while another added: "Forever beauty!!!" A third chimed in: "Taylor looks absolutely beautiful," while another declared: "Gorgeous!" Some fans found the star completely unrecognizable, with one writing: "You look so different here," while another said: "Who is this?" and a third added: "I'm confused."

Taylor is best known for her hit debut album, Tell It To My Heart, which went double platinum and featured four top 10 singles, including "Tell It To My Heart", "Prove Your Love", "Don't Rush Me", and "I'll Always Love You". She went on to sell more than 75 million albums throughout her career and has been nominated for a Grammy twice.

The blonde beauty has endured a tough number of years, after she lost her father, and worked to recover from her colon cancer diagnosis. She announced the death of her father, Jack Wunderman, in January with a touching social media tribute.

The star divided fans with her unrecognizable appearance

"My father was the love of my life," she began. "He was the remarkable Jack Wunderman, My Hero. He believed in me and loved me so wholly, I understand the depths of love. He gave me the money in 1987 to produce and record 'Tell It To My Heart'."

"He died yesterday at 3:27 pm EST with his family in his bed," she continued. "He did everything his way! I'll forever have his love so deep…and my love to him so deep and profoundly certain #rip daddy aka Daddy Dayne."

Taylor has also been open about her battle with colon cancer, after she underwent a routine colonoscopy in 2022 and discovered she was in the early stages of the disease. She had 10 inches of her colon removed in surgery, then suffered a post-operation infection that left her in the hospital bed for 20 days, which made her even more determined to bounce back.

"I made a decision. I was lying in the hospital after surgery. I got really, really sick, and it gave me a new sense of purpose. I said, 'I'm not ready to go. I'm going to fight this," the mom of two told People"The gratitude is immeasurable. I weighed 98 pounds by the end of my treatment. And I even walked weird. But that's one trial and tribulation. That's not the story."

Taylor added that she had gained a different perspective on life in the years since her health battle. "I'm so much more present, and I'm so much more vulnerable now," she explained.

"I went through hell and back, but it's not the first hell. Probably not gonna be the last. But, I'm saying to you, I hold my hands on my heart, I look at my audience, and then I go for it. I go for the guts. That's me. That's what you're gonna see onstage."
