Lourdes Leon proved once again that she has inherited her mother's fearless sense of style. The 29-year-old model and musician – who is the eldest daughter of pop icon Madonna – turned heads at the Ann Demeulemeester show during Paris Fashion Week on Saturday, March 7 2026.
The label, known for its dark romanticism, perfectly aligns with the gothic queen aesthetic Lourdes has cultivated alongside her mother this season. She made a bold entrance in a striking black dress featuring dramatic cut-outs and a daring thigh-high split.
The sheer panelled skirt revealed a glimpse of her underwear while also putting her large dragon tattoo on full display. The statement ink curled across her upper thigh, adding an edgy detail to the already daring look.
Her outfit also featured metallic stud buttons along the bodice and sculptural cut-outs at the waist, giving the ensemble a distinctly avant-garde feel. Lourdes wore her long jet-black hair loose and sleek down her back, with glowing skin and soft makeup that let the dramatic outfit take centre stage.
The appearance was just one of several Paris Fashion Week outings for the rising fashion figure. Earlier in the week she also attended the Saint Laurent womenswear Fall/Winter 2026-2027 show, where she joined a star-studded front row packed with models, celebrities and fashion insiders.
Lourdes – often known by her stage name Lolahol – has steadily built a career in the fashion and music worlds. Over the past few years she has appeared in campaigns for major brands including Marc Jacobs and Mugler while also releasing her own experimental pop music.
Despite growing up in the spotlight as Madonna's daughter, she has carved out a distinctive identity of her own. Lourdes is known for her fearless fashion choices, frequently embracing gothic-inspired silhouettes, sheer fabrics and statement accessories.
Her style has drawn comparisons to her mother's boundary-pushing looks during the height of her fame in the 1980s and 1990s.
However, Lourdes has largely forged her own path. Rather than chasing mainstream pop stardom, she has leaned toward the underground fashion and art scenes, building a reputation as a model and performer with an unapologetically alternative edge.
Madonna shares Lourdes with her ex-boyfriend, fitness trainer Carlos Leon, whom she met on a run in Central Park in 1994. They welcomed their daughter in 1996, yet split just seven months after her birth.
The former couple remains on good terms, with the Grammy winner telling Vanity Fair in 1998 that they worked hard to create a healthy co-parenting relationship. "He is ever-present in Lola's life, and we are friends," she explained. "And I'm very happy. It took a while for us to get to this place."
