Playing with the creative gene doesn't always guarantee a star-studded family, but Seinfeld's Julia Louis-Dreyfus and husband Brad Hall are an exception. They're two-for-two on celebrity offspring, with both sons Henry and Charlie finding success in the arts, though opting for different pathways to fame.

From Netflix's Monster to debut albums and comedy stardom, there's plenty of opportunities to catch her talented kids onscreen.

Henry Hall is the elder son of Julia and Brad and works as a musician and actor

Henry Hall

Born 30 June 1992, Henry Hall is the eldest son of Julia and husband Brad. He released his debut album Neato in 2020 and dedicated the project to his family.

He told Rolling Stone in 2016: "My mom was very supportive of my music and still is and comes to all the shows. It's great to have creative people in the family and bounce things off of." He's also worked as an actor, starring in 2024 comedy series Dinner with the Parents.

Charlie Hall has already established himself in Hollywood with roles in hit series like Netflix's 'Monster'

Charlie Hall

Charlie Hall was born on 30 May 1997 and hit the ground running with his acting career, first guesting on Julia's acclaimed series Veep, appearing in Netflix feature Moxie and Hulu hit Love, Victor.

He's best known for comedy series like The Sex Lives of College Girls and Single Drunk Female, but has also proven his aptitude for grittier roles in Netflix's Monster. His next round of projects includes a role with New Girl alum Max Greenfield in season 4 of The White Lotus

The loved-up pair have been going strong since 1987

Marriage to Brad Hall

The college sweethearts met at Northwestern University when Julia auditioned for Brad's comedy troupe, the Practical Theatre Company, in the early '80s. They tied the knot in 1987 and were surely thankful Julia decided to try out for the PTC, though it seems Julia was far more concentrated on her comedy partner than the material.

She told Grist in 2003, "I don't even remember those skits. I was about 19 at the time and had fallen head over heels in love with Brad. He was a senior with a big old beard and Jesus hair. I may have been just taking his word for it at that point."
