Millie Bobby Brown is raising an animal lover just like herself.
The Stranger Things actress announced last year that she and her husband Jake Bongiovi, who she married in 2024, had become parents after adopting a baby girl.
And though the couple have not publicly disclosed their daughter's name nor do they share photos of her face, her latest glimpse into life at home proves they already have a dog lover on their hands.
Millie took to Instagram over the weekend and shared a round of photos seemingly from both her farm in Georgia and on vacation, the first of which is a mirror selfie of her and Jake, in which she appears wearing a black lace tank top.
She also included a photo of one of her dogs laying on the grass, with a little baby hand, presumably Millie's daughter's, resting on the dog's paw.
Fans were then quick to take to the comments section under the post and gush over the pics, with one writing: "The baby fingers on the dog's leg," alongside a heart-eyes emoji, as others followed suit with: "SO GORGEOUS," and: "Precious girl!" as well as: "And that little hand, my GOD... The most beautiful thing."
Though Millie has kept largely mum on her new life as a mom, she had prior to becoming a parent emphasized her hopes of both being a young mom and adopting a child.
Speaking on the Smartless podcast last summer with Jason Bateman, Will Arnett and Sean Hayes, Millie, 22, shared: "I'm still really young, but my mom actually had her first child at 21, and my dad was 19, and you know, it's been my thing since before I met Jake."
"I wanted to be a mom just like the way my mom was to me and ... my grandmother is — she was a huge part of my life," the new mom maintained.
Millie added that Jake was on the same page as her as far as her plans of becoming a mom soon, but she emphasized that she also wanted to focus on furthering her career as an actress and producer, which started when she was a tween. "Jake knows how important it is to me, and of course I want to focus on really establishing myself as an actor and as a producer, but I also find it's so important to start a family. For me personally, like, it's a huge thing."
"Jake was like, 'We cannot do that until we get married,' so that was his thing," she then noted. "My thing was, I really want a family. I really want a big family."
At the time, she already broached the idea of adopting. "I don't see having your own child, you know, as really any different as in adopting," she said, and emphasized: "For me, like, my home is full of love for anyone and anything, and so that is what we stand by, Jake and I — our energy in the house is like, 'The door is always open.'"
