LeAnn Rimes has left fans both stunned and deeply moved after sharing an intensely personal moment from her ongoing wellness journey, one that saw the country star break down in tears following a powerful physical and emotional release.
In a raw Instagram video posted over the weekend, the singer documented her experience undergoing a deep jaw release treatment at Human Garage, performed by co-founder Garry Lineham. What began as a simple 60-second fascial maneuver quickly transformed into something far more profound.
As the practitioner worked to release tension held in her jaw, using a technique that involved one hand inside her mouth while stabilising her head, LeAnn’s reaction was immediate and visceral.
Placing her hand against her face, she appeared momentarily stunned before whispering: "Oh my God, you just don’t realize how much tension is in there."
Within seconds, that realisation gave way to emotion. Laughing through tears, she added: "That part of my life better be over," capturing a moment that felt as much about emotional release as it was physical relief.
Fans flooded the comments with messages of support, many praising the star’s vulnerability and willingness to share such an intimate experience. The clip, while brief, offered a rare window into the kind of internal work that often remains unseen, particularly for someone who has spent decades in the public eye.
According to Human Garage, the jaw can act as a reservoir for “unvoiced stress” or tension accumulated over time through suppressed emotion, anxiety, and even trauma. For LeAnn, the treatment appeared to unlock something deeper, with viewers noting the visible shift in her expression as the tension melted away.
The moment is the latest chapter in her increasingly open approach to health and healing. Earlier this year, she underwent a therapeutic plasma exchange in Nashville, another unconventional step that she openly shared with her followers, while in 2025 she suffered an onstage dental mishap that temporarily affected her performances.
The 43-year-old also shared that she suffers from psoriasis and perimenopause. "For so long, it did feel like I was hiding so much of myself," she admitted. "It did allow for the insecurity of thoughts I've had in the past about 'I'm not pretty, I'm not good enough.' I did learn how to love myself through all of my different incarnations." LeAnn first openly discussed her struggle with psoriasis back in 2020. She added "it was such a moment of relief" to publicly share her diagnosis "because I had been hiding that for so long".
