While she only posted one clip, her followers soon sky-rocketed from zero to 4.4 million in a matter of hours.

Sandra's decision to join Instagram came the same night as she stepped out at the CinemaCon 2026 Warner Bros. Pictures Presentation at The Dolby Colosseum at Caesars Palace with Nicole Kidman.

She looked youthful in a sharply cut red suit, styled with an open jacket that revealed a sleek black bralette beneath.

Sandra exuded effortless glamour as she posed for photographers. When she reunited with her Practical Magic co-star, Nicole, it delighted fans and photographers alike.

Family life

Sandra famously keeps her private life out of the limelight. Away from the cameras she's raising her two children Louis and Laila.

She often describes her children, who she adopted in her 40s, as her top priority and the "greatest gift".

She told Jada Pinkett Smith on her Red Table Talk in 2022: "I don't know why that was the only route, but I'm so glad the universe had me wait. Even though I was anxious and I was eager – and it went nope, you're not going to do it the way you think you're going to do it."

Her partner's death

Sandra's longtime partner Bryan Randall, died in 2023 after a three year battle with ALS (amyotrophic lateral sclerosis). She cared for Brian in his final years as they quietly fought his condition.

The actress has refrained from speaking about his death publicly so as to maintain her family's privacy.

His family released a statement at the time which read: "Bryan chose early to keep his journey with ALS private and those of us who cared for him did our best to honor his request.

"We are immensely grateful to the tireless doctors who navigated the landscape of this illness with us and to the astounding nurses who became our roommates, often sacrificing their own families to be with ours."
