Khloé Kardashian stands by what she said in her ex-husband Lamar Odom's new Netflix documentary, and she is not happy with how he's responded to it.
The reality TV star, 41, made an appearance in Untold: The Death & Life of Lamar Odom as a "favor" to her ex, to whom she was married from 2009 to 2016, revisiting his tenure with the Los Angeles Lakers and his near-fatal overdose, plus their marriage.
However, since the documentary's release on March 31, Lamar, 46, is disputing several of his ex-wife's statements, such as her involvement in his recovery and the decision to keep him on life support.
On the latest episode of her podcast Khloé in Wonder Land, joined by close friend Malika Haqq, Khloé is firing back at her ex, expressing regret for participating in the documentary altogether.
"Do people think I just like talking about this all day long? [expletive] no," she said right off the bat. "It's traumatic, I have to relive things, I have to talk about things that weren't fun in my life."
She went on to explain that she was asked by Lamar "or Lamar's team, whatever you want to say" to do the documentary, and says she wanted to make sure it's a "positive piece" and not wanting to add to the negativity surrounding her ex-husband. She also noted that it took her "months" to even agree to do it, and wasn't paid "a single penny" for it.
However, after spending "hours" filming the documentary, she's now not happy with the way Lamar is reacting to her claims. "I think what's [expletive] me off is, we did this, all good. I was done with this. I'm like, 'I'm never going to do another Lamar thing again, 'cause I'm all good.'"
"But now Lamar is doing press… annoyed with me, claiming or insinuating that I'm a liar. All these things, discrediting me, saying that I wasn't the one that helped him," with Malika adding to the frustration, saying: "Sir, you were there, but you were a shell of a person."
"The things that I witnessed and was there for, even the week that I was in Las Vegas…I was like, 'I want my friend out of here'," Malika continued.
Khloé added that to see Lamar "[expletive] on me, now play in my face because you don't like the reaction and the response from the public," after being complimentary of her for years in the past was especially hurtful.
"I feel so dumb," she confessed, adding: "All I did was tell the story that I was asked by you to tell, but now to, like, play in my face and now to act like I didn't do any of the things I did and insinuate I'm a liar is crazy. I feel played."
During an appearance on TODAY earlier this month, Lamar opened up about reuniting with his ex-wife in 2025 for the first time since their split, which was captured in an episode of The Kardashians. "It was awkward."
"It wasn't really good for me, but once you family, you always family, so she ain't going nowhere," he continued. "I will always have love for her, but being in love? No."
