Lara Spencer looked a long way from the GMA studios in new beach photos she shared with fans.
The TV host looked radiant at 56 as she posed with her husband Rick McVey for a sun-drenched sneak peek at her weekend.
Lara was the picture of elegance in a sleek, blue swimsuit featuring a leopard print, giving the one-piece a 'wild' twist.
She had her hand on her sarong-clad hips as she kissed her husband on the cheek.
Lara looked chic with her hair worn in a half-up hairdo and she'd accessorized with a pair of drop earrings.
Her swimsuit sported flattering capped sleeves which provide cover for the shoulders and top of the arms.
Lara's fitness regime
Lara has always made her health and fitness a priority, helping to give her the confidence to own her beach physique.
She previously opened up to HELLO! in an exclusive chat and revealed the secret to looking and feeling her best.
"I have always been an athlete and I think the best way to get a workout is to do a sport," she confessed. So, rather than hit the gym for training sessions, Lara opts to do the active things she loves.
"The sport for me right now is tennis," she said at the time. "I love it. Tennis, yoga and stretching really work for me."
A healthy and nutritious diet is also key.
"Here and there, if I've been naughty, I'll jump on the elliptical but I really don't go crazy," the TV personality revealed. "Life is too short. I make sure that I eat right and I love playing tennis as you can be with friends and be outside. Just do what makes you happy."
Lara also walks her dogs twice a day and keeps as active as possible.
Before she launched her TV career, Lara was forging a path as a professional swimmer and diver.
Her children
She attended Pennsylvania State University on an athletic scholarship for springboard and platform diving and was nationally ranked as a competitive diver.
Her daughter, Katharine, inherited her athleticism and is a talented lacrosse player who played for Vanderbilt University. Lara is also incredibly proud of her son Duff who graduated from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas, in May 2025.
Speaking to Greenwich magazine about raising her offspring, Lara previously said: "I want them to dream big. That's what my parents did for me."
