Julianne Hough made sure her ensemble was just as daring as the beauty treatment she was set to enjoy during her visit to We Care Spa. The Dancing with the Stars host donned a sheer catsuit that featured kong sleeves and a high neckline to the clinic. The garment was layered over a simple white bra and matching underwear.
The 37-year-old took to her Instagram Stories on April 20 to share a photograph of her risque ensemble. The black-and-white snap captured the star posing in the mirror, dressed in the figure-hugging look while standing in the treatment room. Julianne's hair was left down in a chic bob and she was bare foot.
Julianne visited We Care Spa in California for her beauty treatment. The clinic promises to "detoxify your body, revitalize your mind, and restore your spirit in an intimate desert oasis". They offer over 40 spa treatments, including colon therapy, lymphatic stimulation, massage therapy, and facials. Guests can even recline on a heated mat composed of amethyst crystals as a practitioner relaxes your body and unwinds your mind.
The star's flawless physique is courtesy of her dedicated fitness routine. Julianne previously shared an insight into her workouts on social media. "It feels so gooood to be back. Grab some weights, and let’s do this together," she captioned the video.
She started with a squat press, completing eight reps with a 10-pound dumbbell, before moving into a lunge-to-step-up with a shoulder press, again performing eight reps on each side. For cardio, she did four-square hops while holding a medicine ball and tapping it to the floor, repeating this for three rounds. Julianne ended her routine with a series of pull ups.
Julianne even has her own fitness app called Kinrgy, which offers meditations, dance videos, and other workouts. She previously told Women's Health, that she typically drinks a protein shake containing healthy fats like avocado and almond butter, as well as spinach, blueberries, bananas, protein powder, and almond milk.
Julianne's career
Julianne kicked off 2026 on vacation after a busy fall. She hosted the 34th season of DWTS, which ended in late November when Robert Irwin took home the Len Goodman Mirrorball Trophy. Julianne first appeared on the dancing competition show in 2007 as a dancer, winning her first season with partner Apollo Ono.
She judged seasons 19 through 21, finally becoming a co-host alongside Alfonso Ribeiro in 2023. "I'm here to hold space for the dancers, the celebrities, and even the audience — so they can relax and be their most authentic selves. It's about legacy and nurturing now, not proving anything," she previously told Variety.
