The Summer House drama just won't stop. After the highly anticipated reunion for season 10 was filmed on Thursday, April 23, audio was leaked to the internet. Andy Cohen, who hosted the reunion, was not happy about the leak.
Early Friday morning, the Bravo executive responded to a post on Threads telling him to stay offline amid the leaked audio, saying: "On my way to eye surgery and just reading about it. People laid their souls out emotionally for ten hours yesterday and it’s disgusting and illegal for someone to leak or distribute this."
"It's disrespectful to the work and tears the cast put in yesterday," Andy continued. "Let the season play out. You will see it all in due time."
A few hours before the leak, Andy teased the dramatic reunion to Instagram stories as he walked out of filming, saying: "I've probably hosted over 100 reunions, this was one of the most intense we've ever shot. This was a lot. And every question was asked."
What did the leaked audio reveal?
The two-minute leaked audio of Summer House cast members, Amanda Batula, West Wilson, and Ciara Miller, arguing back and forth about the scandal that rocked the reality television world. The shocking audio was leaked from a closed set.
The trio, along with other Summer House stars, including Kyle Cooke, Lindsay Hubbard, and Carl Radke, were discussing the controversial relationship between Amanda and West that was announced on Tuesday, March 31. Amanda was close friends with Ciara, who briefly dated West in 2023.
While there's been no confirmation of who is responsible for the leak, fans and online sleuths are speculating that it came from a cast member. If that is true, the cast member would be violating their contract and could result in their firing.
What is Bravo doing about the leak?
Just a few hours after Andy shared his thoughts on the leaked audio, Bravo announced they were launching an investigation into the matter. "The Summer House Reunion audio leak represents a serious breach of trust and a clear lack of respect for the cast, crew, and the integrity of the production process," the network shared in a statement to social media.
"We take this matter very seriously and have launched a full investigation and we will take appropriate action based on our findings," the statement continued.
