Hailey Bieber has just ushered in the It-girl bikini trend that's set to go viral this summer. The skincare mogul took to Instagram on May 1 to show off her pilates-perfected physique in a bright orange number.
The swimsuit consisted of a plunging, halter-neck bikini top with a pair of matching mini shorts. For a color-clashing twist, Hailey layered the two-piece look with a cropped red cardigan that was left unbuttoned. Her luscious brunette locks were styled into soft waves while her makeup oozed glam, courtesy of a radiant complexion, a rosy cheek, and a nude lip.
In the caption, she penned: "apples to oranges."
The Rhode founder's close friend, Kylie Jenner, flocked to the comments to gush over Hailey's latest look. "It’s giving sexy velma," she penned.
Hailey's wellness routine
Hailey recently opened up about her beauty habits in a new video with Time Studios. To our surprise, she keeps things quite simple with an ancient wellness ritual – a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil mixed with the juice of half a lemon.
"It helps coat the gut, and it’s a good detox," she shared of the practice, which she has maintained each morning for several months.
However, when it comes to her fitness routine, despite being a Pilates enthusiast, Hailey admitted she thinks the workout is "a little over". "Is that crazy for me to say?" she asked, adding, "I love Pilates. I really do. But I think it’s become a little bit of, like, a fad and it’s really hard to find really good teachers that care about form."
Hailey also addressed the long debate of whether matcha is better than coffee. She explained that she currently is a "coffee girl" because "when you drink a matcha from Japan, it spoils everything for you."
However, one beauty ritual she swears by is lymphatic drainage massages. "[I] live by them, like obsessed with lymphatic drainage anything, but the massages specifically," she shared. "It is really crazy how much water we hold onto in our bodies. And also the lymphatic system is so important for just detox in general and overall health, so I think completely underrated."
The massage focuses on stimulating the lymphatic system to encourage detoxification, reduce inflammation, de-bloat, calm the nervous system, and visibly sculpt the face and body. The goal is not only aesthetic, but also functional – to support lymph movement, circulation, and internal balance.
Kiana Tarkhani Nasrollahzadeh, the product and treatment specialist at Dimple Amani, shared an insight into the clinic's approach to lymphatic drainage with HELLO!. "The Dimple Amani technique is rooted in lymphatic drainage, Ayurvedic principles and sculpting massage," she shared. "Every treatment is delivered with slow, rhythmic, deeply intentional movements designed to release stagnation and support the body’s natural detox pathways, leaving clients feeling lighter, more relaxed, and visibly more contoured," she explained.
