Ivanka Trump is sticking by her ex sister-in-law, Vanessa Trump, following her revelation on May 20 that she has been diagnosed with breast cancer.

Ivanka was one of the first to comment on Vanessa's social media post, in which she announced a "personal health update" and confirmed her diagnosis.

"I've recently been diagnosed with breast cancer," Vanessa wrote on Instagram. "While this isn't news anyone expects, I'm working closely with my medical team on a treatment plan."

Vanessa revealed that she is already receiving treatment to combat the disease. "I would like to thank my doctors for performing a procedure earlier this week on me," she continued.

"I am staying focused and hopeful while surrounded by the love and support of my family, my kids, and those closest to me."

She concluded: "Thank you for your kindness and support, it truly means more than I can express. I kindly ask for privacy as l focus on my health and recovery."

Ivanka was quick to show her support, commenting on Vanessa's post: "Praying for your continued strength and a swift recovery. Love you mama."

Vanessa shares five kids, Kai, Donald III, Tristan, Spencer, and Chloe, with her ex-husband, Donald Trump Jr. The pair were married for 13 years until they split in 2018. They have maintained a friendship for the sake of their children.

Kai also showed her support for her mom and shared a sweet photo of them at her high school graduation on her Instagram Stories, writing: "Strongest person I know. Love you."

The 19-year-old celebrated her graduation ceremony in May with her family and friends, including Tiffany Trump and Bettina Anderson, Donald Jr.'s fiancée.

Vanessa's partner, Tiger Woods, quietly attended Kai's graduation ceremony but skipped out on her celebration dinner. He flew in from Zurich, Switzerland, where he was receiving treatment following his DUI arrest in March

A judge granted permission for Tiger to leave the state to undergo treatment abroad after his physician claimed that his "urgent" need for care "cannot safely or effectively be done within the United States."

"Ongoing medical scrutiny and public exposure create significant barriers to his care and would result in setbacks and an inability to fully engage in treatment," Tiger's lawyer, Douglas Duncan, said in the filing.

"Based upon Defendant's treating physician's opinions, inpatient treatment at the out of country treatment facility is medically necessary due to the Defendant's complexity, and need for an intensive highly individualized and medically integrated program," court documents said.

Tiger has now returned home to Jupiter Island, Florida, after completing six weeks of treatment.

Vanessa and Tiger have been together since early 2025 and announced their relationship on social media in March of the same year.

"Love is in the air, and life is better with you by my side! We look forward to our journey through life together. At this time, we would appreciate privacy for all those close to our hearts," the athlete wrote on X.
