Jennifer Lopez left her fans almost speechless after showing off her incredible physique in a plunging dress that left little to the imagination.
The 56-year-old caused jaws to drop when she posted several photos of herself rocking a silver sequinned dress on Instagram.
Jennifer looked phenomenal in the daring number, which boasted an extremely plunging neckline, cut-outs across her hips, and a mini length.
She added a pair of glittering black thigh-high boots and flesh-colored fishnet tights, wearing her hair in loose waves and adding sultry makeup.
Jennifer appeared to be enjoying an impromptu photoshoot inside her hotel during a trip in Cannes, captioning several photos of her excursions: "Tout va bien," which translates to "Everything is fine."
Her followers were blown away by her impeccable appearance, with one commenting: "Imagine looking this stunning all the time." A second said: "Goddess omg." A third added: "Love you so much! You look beautiful as always."
Jennifer works hard to maintain her physique and told HELLO! in 2016 that she is "100 percent convinced that working out is part of what makes me so happy."
She added: "Dance has always been a huge part of my life, and taking the time to move my body and do something that's so good for me is key to my happiness."
She also does not substitute time with her loved ones for the sake of fitness. "I'm a very social person and love spending time with my friends and family, so when we go out to eat, I try to make healthy choices," she told HELLO!
"Most restaurants offer healthy meals, so I watch for things on the menu that fit my lifestyle."
She recently shared with Extra that the key to maintaining her athletic figure was consistency. "You know that you're gonna be on-screen…You gotta be prepared…in the gym and eating right," she told the outlet.
"It's about eating healthy and eating the right things and working out and being consistent. I say these things all the time."
The "Get on the Floor" singer has maintained her incredible figure well into her 50s and shared on CBS Mornings how she switched up her workouts after entering middle age.
"I think I've gotten good at working out what I need to work out without killing myself. I think when I was younger, I was like doing all the things and like, working so hard," she said.
"And now, I work smarter, not harder. That's what my trainers and I think about a lot. It's like, I have 40 minutes for you right now, and we need to maximize that – and we do."
