The eight-parter, produced by A24 (Beef, Euphoria), follows recent college dropout and aspiring writer, Margo (Elle Fanning), trying to make her way in the world with a new baby and mounting bills.

Adapted from the 2024 bestselling novel by Rufi Thorpe, the "bold, heartwarming and comedic family drama" centres around aspiring writer Margot, a first-year college student who falls pregnant by her English professor and drops out of college.
With a mounting pile of bills and a newborn to care for, Margot tries to make a living on the adult entertainment site OnlyFans.
Michelle Pfeiffer plays Margot's ex-Hooters waitress mother Shyanne, while Nick Offerman portrays her ex-pro wrestler Jinx.
