Trinny Woodall channelled her inner Sporty Spice on Tuesday in a candid video on Instagram.

The beauty mogul, 62, filmed herself walking fans through a workout and showed off her killer abs in a fabulous sports bra and leggings. The all-black look was complete with Trinny's usual flawless glam.

Her brunette tresses were styled with a subtle wave. As for her makeup, the TV star opted for an au naturel, blemish-free complexion.

In the video, Trinny said: 'I haven't done exercise for a week. And it makes me think, you know, I just want to keep the energy that I get from exercise.

"So this is my 10-minute workout. I will go on my vibrating plate, and what I like about the vibrating plate is it's really good for my lymph. I can sometimes have a sluggish lymph.

"And also if you have any osteoporosis in your family, because it's very good for bone density, and this is my made-up exercise, by the way. I then do a little calf raising because I just think strength for my ankle is balance, and I just do these up quickly and then down slowly.

"Look at something in front of you because it can be quite difficult on the balance. And then I might just do some arm raise at the same time like that. Keep them in the flow."

'Love yourself'

Opening up about fitness, Trinny told Glossy last month: "My relationship with my body has been different over each decade, depending on how much I loved myself. When I didn’t love myself, I negated my body.

The beauty mogul opened up about her health and fitness last month

"I've learned how important it is to love yourself. Whatever my body’s going through, whether it’s the [postmenopausal] underarm sluggishness or [knock] knees, it’s part of who I am.

"I really nurture my body. I try and think, 'What does it need this month?' … Your relationship with your body [should be] strong. [You need to] look after it and give it strength, both mentally and physically,  so it will look after you."
