Rosie Huntington-Whiteley and Jason Statham are one of the most enduring A-list romances who tend to keep their family life with their two children under wraps. While the pair are notoriously private, the model recently confirmed they've left London behind in search of "peace" – and now, their next big move has seemingly been revealed.
According to Land Registry records reported by The Sun, Rosie, 39, and Jason, 58, have purchased a £20 million mansion by the beach in the South of England, where they will raise their young family outside of the bustling city. The six bedroom property is said to be on 20 acres with its own private beach, boating lake and a pond.
The publication reports that Jason bought the home in 2024 for a staggering £20 million and is set to spend an extra estimated £5million on renovations.

Rosie and Jason have been raising their two kids, son Jack, eight, and Isabella, four, in a Georgian townhouse in London the model bought in 2021. "Jason has the most impeccable taste," the star opened up to Vogue Australia recently about spending the last two years building their dream house together.
She added: "He taught me so much about architecture and furniture." Before that, the couple had a beach house in Malibu.
After several years in the city, Rosie revealed in a March interview with Vogue Australia that she was leaving the London life behind for the English countryside. The model opened up to the publication about her family's impending move near New Forest, sharing: "There’s an incredible dressage school around the corner."
"I've been dreaming of this since I left home. It will be mud and kids climbing trees. London on the weekends can feel very destination-driven. I want peace."

The former Victoria's Secret model and action movie star first met in London at a party in 2009, and while they got engaged in 2016, they have yet to tie the knot.
The A-list couple welcomed their son Jack in June 2017, followed by their daughter Isabella in February 2022.
