In February, the job application window closed for an important role within the Kensington Palace team. The royals were advertising a Digital Content Creator position that was permanent and full-time. The job specification explained that the role involves "ideating and delivering creative, integrated digital storytelling which showcases the work of TRHs The Prince and Princess of Wales to digital audiences". Their Instagram account boasts 17.2 million followers, so the new employee will certainly have a captive audience for their hard work.

The ad also pointed out that the candidate would need to pay "particular focus on how to appeal to younger audiences through the use of organic content," which shows the sort of direction the Waleses are going in with their social media presence.
