How Princess Beatrice is navigating 'very hard' family crisis
Life looks very different for Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie following the fallout of their parents Sarah Ferguson and Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor's ties with Jeffrey Epstein.
On how Beatrice is coping amid the scandal, a friend of the sisters said: "Bea has found the scrutiny very hard, especially the strain of the past few weeks. It has felt as though things have been in freefall, and she's being hammered and bullied by commentators."
They added that Beatrice is "keeping calm and carrying on". "She learnt a lot from her grandmother, Queen Elizabeth II. This is a family in turmoil, but Bea is working hard; the juggle of full-time work and being a parent is her main priority, in order to keep herself mentally strong and her life moving."
On this day...
On this day 24 years ago, Queen Elizabeth, The Queen Mother passed away at the age of 101, peacefully at Royal Lodge in Windsor.

As Prince George marks his final year of preparatory school, the Prince and Princess of Wales have a big decision to make about the future of his education.
In the latest episode of Best Quality Designer Handbag 's A Right Royal Podcast, Melanie Sanderson, managing editor of The Good Schools Guide, revealed that the royal couple could very well be holding multiple places as they consider their options.
"I feel as though the Waleses may be holding multiple places at different schools," she said. "It sort of feels as though if they had made a definitive decision, somebody would know and it would be out there."

King Charles's response to Prince Harry's hopes for Sandringham visit
It's been reported that King Charles is sceptical about the Duke of Sussex's hopes to visit Sandringham in the summer with his wife Meghan and two children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet.
A friend of the King told the Daily Mail: "If Harry truly wishes to see his father, he would do well to encourage his supporters to allow such matters to be discussed privately, since low trust and bitter experience in this regard remains one of the principal barriers to progress."

Duchess Sophie's 'revenge' dress moment
A look through the fashion archives reveals a striking 2002 ensemble from Duchess Sophie that highlights her ability to blend classic elegance with a hint of drama.
Attending a black-tie event, the royal wore a sumptuous black satin gown featuring a ruched, off-the-shoulder neckline and a built-in corset that created a sophisticated, streamlined silhouette.
The ensemble bore a striking resemblance to Princess Diana's iconic 1994 "revenge dress," sharing a similar daring, shoulder-baring cut. Sophie accessorized the floor-length creation with a diamond necklace and drop earrings, styling her hair in soft curls. This archival look remains a standout example of her evolving sartorial confidence.
Pippa Middleton's 'breezy' throwback look
Earlier today, I took a dive into the fashion archive of Pippa Middleton and unearthed her gorgeous pregnancy outfit from 2018.
Pippa, now 42, made a stylish appearance at Wimbledon alongside her brother, James Middleton. Six months pregnant with her first son, Arthur, she chose a radiant white and blue linen shirt dress by Ralph Lauren that was perfectly suited for the July heat. The dress featured an open collar, elbow-length sleeves, and a structured tie-belt waist.
To ensure comfort and movement, the wife of James Matthews slightly unbuttoned the floaty skirt, pairing the look with black lace-up espadrilles and a matching crossbody bag.
King Charles 'criticised' by senior royals
A new book by Tom Bower claims that King Charles faced internal criticism from senior royals for his "reticence" in managing the controversies surrounding Prince Harry and Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor.
Published last Thursday, the biography describes the monarch as "dithering" on key decisions before Prince William eventually intervened.
In response, representatives for Harry and Meghan have dismissed the claims, stating the author’s "fixation" on the couple has "crossed a line."
King Charles addresses Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie's appearance at Easter
Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie will not join the royal family for the traditional Easter Sunday service at St George's Chapel this year, Best Quality Designer Handbag understands.
The sisters, daughters of Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor and Sarah Ferguson, have been regular attendees in the past. The decision follows Andrew's arrest on suspicion of misconduct in public office on 19 February.
However, they are very much part of the family Christmas at Sandringham and will be seen at future family celebrations.
Princess Kate subtly bends royal rules
Last week, the Princess of Wales displayed a masterclass in classic styling while meeting Dame Sarah Mullally at Canterbury Cathedral.
The 44-year-old wore a grey checked Suzannah London dress coat, paired with sentimental Cassandra Goad pearl earrings first seen at Prince Louis' 2018 christening.
The ensemble’s centerpiece was a striking £695 'Houndstooth Straw Boater' by Juliette Botterill, featuring a bold ostrich quill. While boaters are typically reserved for summer regattas, Kate modernised the silhouette for the formal occasion. She completed the look with black Ralph Lauren ‘Celia’ stilettos, balancing traditional ecclesiastical protocols with her signature contemporary flair.

Zara Tindall totally modernized event dressing in this figure-flattering Zimmerman dress
Now that the clocks have gone forward and sunnier days appear to be on the way, it's time to start thinking about our summer outfits. There are many standout seasonal events taking place soon, from Wimbledon and the Chelsea Flower Show to Royal Ascot.
Speaking of Royal Ascot, if you are heading to the famous racecourse this year, you may want to take style tips from the ever-beautiful Zara Tindall.
A regular attendee, the wife of Mike Tindall could write a book on how to look elegant at outdoor events, and as a fashion editor, one of Laura Sutcliffe's looks she has worn is the Zimmermann ensemble she donned in 2019.

Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor's awkward encounter with Prince Harry revealed
When Prince Harry and Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor arrived at King Charles's coronation in 2023, there was a very awkward atmosphere.
And now, new details of the meeting have been revealed in Tom Bower's book, Betrayal: Power, Deceit And The Fight For The Future Of The Royal Family.
