Keri Russell and Matthew Rhys know all about coordinating their sartorial agendas for a star-studded red carpet date night. On March 2, the couple graced the 2026 SAG Actor Awards at the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles and fans couldn't help but notice a sweet moment between the pair.
Matthew helped Keri with her dress, grabbing its train and placing it neatly on the ground in preparation for the photographs. Keri stunned in a one-shoulder black gown that featured soft draping at the waist and an asymmetric neckline. Meanwhile, Matthew donned a gray suit with a silk shirt and tie for the occasion.
This year’s Actor Awards introduced an official red carpet theme for the first time: "Reimagining Hollywood Glamour From the '20s and '30s." Keri accepted the award for Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Drama Series for her role as Katherine "Kate" Wyler in The Diplomat.
© FilmMagicKeri and Matthew first started dating after the pair played husband and wife, Phillip and Elizabeth Jennings, in the hit spy drama, The Americans. While they first met back in 2002, the actors reconnected on the set of the espionage series, which aired from 2013 to 2018.
The couple, who live in Brooklyn, New York, welcomed their son Sam in May 2016. Keri is also a mother to two older children from her previous marriage to Shane Deary. Her eldest son, River, was born in 2007, and her daughter Willa arrived in 2012.
