Nicole Kidman is earning major mom points after revealing who her date to this year's Met Gala will be.

The 58-year-old, who recently broke her silence on her divorce from Keith Urban, announced that her model daughter, Sunday Rose, 17, will make her Met debut alongside her famous mom in May.

Nicole, who is one of this year's co-chairs, shared the news on Friday's episode of the Las Culturistas podcast

"And this is – I think it's the third time I've co-chaired – but to do it now? I'm so, so happy, and my daughter Sunday will be coming," she explained.

"And she loves fashion," Nicole continued. "She's actually just walked the Dior show. Yeah, she's flying back from Paris now."

Nicole is also mom to Faith Margaret, 15, whom she shares with Keith, and Bella, 33, and Connor, 31, whom she adopted while married to ex Tom Cruise

Sunday, however, is quickly becoming a familiar face on runways from New York to Paris and walked in the Dior Fall/Winter 2026-2027 show for Paris Fashion Week on March 3. She has also walked the runway for brands including Miu Miu and Calvin Klein.

The teenager recently called her mom her "biggest inspiration in life" and cited her as one of the reasons she developed her love for fashion.

"I definitely gained a lot of interest from those experiences and especially being privileged enough to experience them at a young age," Sunday told Elle Australia.

"My mum is someone who has always been so creative and my biggest inspiration in life. She's a key part of everything I do."

Sunday has also learned some valuable career advice from both her mom and dad. "Something that's always been followed in my house is doing, not just saying," she said.

"It basically means that if you say you're going to do something, stick to your word and do it. Don't just talk about how much you want to, but actually put your mind to it and get it done."

Sharing the advice her mom gave her, Sunday added: "The biggest piece of industry advice mum has given to me is to always be on time. There's always going to be something with an early call time that you don't want to get up for, but it's really important to be on time because it shows that you're prepared and grateful to be there."

Meanwhile, Nicole will serve as one of Anna Wintour's Met Gala co-chairs alongside Beyoncé and Venus Williams at the Metropolitan Museum of Art to celebrate its spring Costume Institute exhibition, titled "Costume Art", on May 4.

The event, whose dress code is "Fashion is Art," will mark the first time that Venus will co-chair the gala, following in her sister Serena Williams' footsteps, who hosted in 2013. Nicole previously took on the big role back in 2003 and 2005, while Beyoncé served as a host in 2013.

As per Vogue, this year's theme, curated by Andrew Bolton, will "explore the relationship between clothing and the body beneath."
