Clavicular, the looksmaxxing influencer and online streamer suffered a suspected overdose on April 14.
The 20-year-old star — whose real name is Braden Peters — was live streaming on Kick when his stream was suddenly cut.
Video then began circulating on X showing him being carried to an ambulance by his security team.
According to several outlets, just before his broadcast was cut, Clavicular could be heard saying he was "destroyed" and was reportedly offered an "addy" (referring to Adderall) by a friend.
His condition
The Hollywood Reporter reports Clavicular was hospitalized in Miami and is in stable condition. He has now spoken out with a post on X alongside a photo of himself with a bloody and bruised face: "Just got home, that was brutal," he wrote. "All of the substances are just a cope trying to feel neurotypical while being in public, but obviously that isn't a real solution. The worst part of tonight was my face descending from the life support mask."
HELLO! has reached out to the Miami Police Department for more information.
Controversies
Clavicular is not without controversy. Earlier this week he walked out of a 60 Minutes Australia interview after being quizzed on his connection to Andrew Tate.
He was also arrested in Florida in March 2026 for reportedly provoking a fight between two females before posting it online.
Clavicular was arrested on misdemeanor battery charges, and a warrant was issued for his arrest.
The social media influencer embodies Looksmaxxing which is an online subculture dedicated to maximizing male physical attractiveness through extreme methods.
Looksmaxxing
He advocates for "looksmaxxing" — drastic, often dangerous, physical alterations like bone smashing — to achieve a highly symmetrical, stereotypically masculine facial structure.
Clavicular previously lost consciousness on his livestream after he experienced a chokehold from another influencer, CubanTarzan, and reportedly work up a minute later.
