Will Ferrell made a recent appearance at the Los Angeles Lakers vs. Houston Rockets game alongside his son Magnus Ferrell, 22.
The duo sat courtside at the Crypto.com Arena on April 21, 2026. Will rocked a casual look, as he sported a blue hoodie, blue jeans and purple hat. Magnus donned light grey tailored pants, and a dark grey button-up long-sleeve shirt.
This isn't the father-son's first rodeo being that the two have attended many games over the years together, which has turned into a tradition for them.

Will even brought his sportsmanship to his alma mater, the University of Southern California, where Magnus was a student. During the school's Trojan Family Weekend in 2024, Will showed up to DJ at a Sigma Alpha Mu fraternity tailgate.
Last year Magnus left his studies to pursue music and while doing so, he lived with his father. Magnus revealed his deep bond with his dad and shared that he loved staying under his roof.

But I also have to do things you got to do when you live at home. I mean, you got to help run the house. It's like you have to."
Will is also the father to two more kids, Mattias Paulin Ferrell, 19, and Axel Paulin Ferrell, 16, with his wife of over 26 years, Viveca Paulin. The doting dad-of-three has also attended a plethora of games over the years with his other sons as well.

Will got candid about how lively his household is and revealed: "There is usually a high volume in the house. Whether they're having a great time or whether they're losing their minds, they are always yelling," per People.
Part of that is due to Will's sons acquiring his hilarious sense of humor. Will told Parade: "[Magnus is] very subtly funny. Last year, for his yearbook photo, he borrowed another kid's glasses. He doesn't wear glasses. There he is with this very serious look with glasses on."

Will keeps the jokes coming too, being that he crashed Magnus' prom in an unexpected way. Magnus shared the moment online and wrote: "Rating things my dad has done. Dressed as a medieval lord to embarrass me at prom 10000/10."
