No, Kris Jenner is not "furious" about her $300k face lift. The 70-year-old Kardashian matriarch set the record straight after rumors that her very expensive cosmetic procedure was "slipping" during an appearance on her daughter Khloé Kardashian's podcast, Khloé in Wonder Land on Wednesday, April 29.
Last week, reports that Kris was "raging" about her face lift flooded the internet, just months after she stepped out with her new look. But, according to the famous momager, the rumors are just that, rumors.
"This headline about my facelift which, it is really, truly driving me crazy," Kris told Khloé, adding: "Well, the headline right now is that I hate my facelift and I'm really mad, that I'm furious at my doctor Steven Levine, which couldn't be further from the truth."
"It's a flat-out lie. I love my facelift. I adore my doctor. I'm obsessed with him," Kris went on. "[He's] one of the most talented, amazing men I've ever met and somebody who really put his heart and soul into what he did for me and what he does for any other patient that he has. He's the nicest man in the world with the biggest heart. And he's so smart and so meticulous. He's an artist and he really does a great job with all of his patients."
When Kris went under the knife, she and Dr. Levine, who is a board certified plastic surgeon in New York City, had the goal of "a beautiful lift…refresh, and a beautiful jawline, which [we] achieved."
"At 70 years old, I don't really care what someone thinks of me. I don't need anyone's approval," Kris explained, adding that she "never asked" for the positive attention to her face, either. "I love my face. And I'm really okay with the way I look."
Khloé made sure to defend her mom, saying: "In the world of social media, it doesn't matter what you do and what category you're in, the media [builds] you up, they put you on this pedestal, just to knock you down little by little. So, one bad photo of you [Kris], they're gonna take that and run with it."
Kris Jenner's cosmetic surgery over the years
Kris had her first facelift 15 years ago, and made headlines in spring 2025 when she stepped out at Lauren Sanchez Bezos' bachelorette party in Paris with a youthful glow.
This time around, Kris has been more open about her decision to go under the knife. "I decided to do this facelift because I want to be the best version of myself, and that makes me happy," she told Vogue Arabia in August 2025. "Just because you get older, it doesn't mean you should give up on yourself."
The Kardashians' and cosmetic surgery
Kris is not the only Kardashian-Jenner to have gone under the knife. In May 2025, Kylie Jenner, 28, revealed the details of her breast augmentation to her TikTok followers when she responded to a comment saying: "445 cc, moderate profile, half under the muscle!!!!! Silicone!!! garth fisher!!! hope this helps lol."
When Kourtney Kardashian was 22, she too had her breasts augmented. But these days, she looks back on that with some regret, telling Showbiz Spy in 2011: "I had my boobs done but if I could go back, I wouldn't have done it. I was so cute before."
Kim Kardashian is quite private about her cosmetic work. While there is speculation she's received both lip and cheek fillers and breast and butt implants, she's only admitted to getting Botox. And Khloé opened up in 2021 about getting a nose job, as well as Botox and sculptra.
