Proud dad
Scott couldn't contain his excitement over her news and shared a social media post congratulating her on her commitment at the time.
"Proud dad moment. Division 1 in The Big East Conference," he wrote.
Bailey was just three years old when she found her love for golf. She began by hitting balls on the course while her father played but by the age of eight, she was competing in tournaments.
She played her freshman year on the varsity team at Oaks Christian School in Los Angeles, California and won the Delphic League tournament in 8th grade as an individual middle school golfer.

Years in the making
Bailey confessed the news of her college acceptance was "years in the making," and wrote: "I give thanks to God and my parents first and foremost. To my very first golf coaches, my dad @realscottbaio PGA Ross F. @fugigolf77 and PGA Hans K. @bhbroncos for believing in me."
Scott shares his daughter with his wife, Renee Sloan. The couple have been married since 2007. Renee is a former model and actress, who appeared in Baywatch and had several other roles.
Renee has another daughter, Kalyn, from a previous relationship.
Scott and Renee were originally expecting twins during her pregnancy in 2007. Tragically, Renee lost one of the twins at 11 weeks gestation.
Renee is the founder and president of the Bailey Baio Angel Foundation, which is a non-profit organization that she founded to help children with glutaric aciduria type 1 (GA-1) and other organic acidurias, which sadly took their baby before they were born.

Scott on parenthood
While he was initially nervous about becoming a parent, Scott later confessed that fatherhood vastly improved his life.
He said that being a dad, while hard, has helped him focus less on the anxieties of the acting business and more on family.
What does Scott Baio do now?
While Scott was a fixture on American television for years — from the teen-dream days of Happy Days and Joanie Loves Chachi to the beloved chaos of Charles in Charge, He has largely retired from the entertainment industry to focus on family and personal life.
