Candace Cameron Bure proudly displayed her strong arms and back while rocking a green swimsuit on social media.
The actress shared a carousel recap of her fishing trip online, as she donned a sleek one-piece, jean shorts, straw hat and red sandals.
The star was all smiles as she showed off the impressively huge fish she caught herself during the boat getaway.
She captioned her post: "First deep sea fishing expedition was a success! We caught (and released) five Marlin and a Grouper. Incredible day thanks to @deasondoug and Jacki. Pretty sure that fish had at least 45lbs on me. When can we do it again?"
Doug commented: "We will most definitely do it again soon, @candacebure That marlin weights 40-45 pounds more than you and the grouper was 35 lbs. You are quite strong!"

Candace's workouts
As Candace wrangled with the fish while tightly holding onto her fish pole, it was evident by the look of her biceps that the star had put in the work at the gym.
Candace previously provided a behind-the-scenes look into her workout routine on social media, and not surprisingly, the actress has a weight training routine.
She revealed in a video: “Being consistent in the gym with my weight routine. Keeping track of weight and increasing as I get stronger. Using 25 pound dumbbells for shoulder presses right now."
Candace continued: "Some days 30 lbs. Three sets. This is just one exercise for shoulders. I do shoulders, legs, and biceps as [one] day. Chest, back, and triceps as another day. Cardio and fine tuning another day. On rotation for the week."
Candace's diet
Candace makes sure that she prioritizes her body's wellness from the inside-out, so that she can continue getting stronger and stronger over time.
The star knows a thing or two about being busy, so when she's on the road, she stays on the lookout for the healthiest restaurant options.
She revealed in a previous Instagram story: "My eating plan has been tough the last two months. I've been traveling so much, so most meals on the road [are] from restaurants. When choosing, I'm looking for warm plates with an animal protein like chicken, steak or salmon with veggies and sweet potato. Or a salad with similar ingredients. Or anything with eggs (just because I love them!)."
