King Charles and Queen Camilla's four-day, US State Visit has come to a close, and what a successful trip it's been. The highly anticipated visit has been widely considered a great success, with the monarch receiving an abundance of compliments from the President. Charles, whom President Donald Trump described as "the greatest King", received a warm welcome with his wife in Washington D.C., New York, and Virginia, and seemed to achieve his bid to emphasise the special relationship between the UK and the US.
Queen Camilla's royal wardrobe during this trip has been a triumph. The mother-of-two has sported a plethora of immaculately cut looks that have been mindful of the events, as well as being acutely stylish.

Although the two women haven't directly 'twinned' with any of their looks, one may say that they have 'matched.' For the State Arrival Ceremony, both ladies sported elegant ensembles of the same shade - a pristine off-white. A vision in the neutral shade, they both complemented each other with their choices.

Although the women opted for different cuts of clothing, it was clear that this was an intentional stance, as both women's wardrobes would have been meticulously planned for the trip.

Melania opted for a two-piece suit by the iconic American brand, Ralph Lauren. This resplendent set nodded at the art of modern tailoring with a feminine kick. She added a boater hat by another US-based luxury brand, Eric Javits. Topping off the look, Melania wore a pair of high heels by Manolo Blahnik, which is a British brand founded in London in 1970.
