Lisa Kudrow has responded to Noah Wyle's revelation that she used to flirt with him during the Friends press tour at the height of the show's popularity. The two appeared separately on Magic Radio on March 28, where the topic came up.
When asked whether he has a question he'd like to ask Lisa later on in the show, Noah offered a candid response. "I saw her yesterday and she said to me, 'Did I make you uncomfortable when I flirted with you in those early days when we would do those press tours?" he recalled.
"And I said, 'Were you flirting?' And she said, 'Yes'. And I've been sitting with that all night long as I never picked up on that. So you can ask her about that as that was such an exciting time of our lives. We were all so young."
Later in the show, Lisa was shown a clip from Noah’s interview and responded to the claim. "So I guess it turns out he just hated me," she began. "I thought because he's younger, he's a lot younger, I was like joke flirting with him because I had a boyfriend. I'm not married to him, but he was just so adorable"
Lisa continued: "I would say, 'You are just the cutest!' And he would get like, 'Oh thanks.' and edge away and I was making him uncomfortable. And instead he's like, 'No, I didn't know you were flirting. I'm like, oh, okay, so you just hated me. He doesn't realize that's what he's just said."
The pair appeared alongside each other in the hit television show Friends. Lisa starred as a main cast member, portraying Phoebe Buffay, while Noah guest-starred as Dr. Jeffrey Rosen, a love interest of Rachel Green.
Noah Wyle's wife
Noah, who was previously married to producer and makeup artist Tracy Warbin, met his second wife Sara in 2010. After four years together, the pair tied the knot in 2014 and welcomed a daughter, Frances, in 2015.
Noah also has two children, Owen and Auden, from his previous marriage to Tracy.
Lisa Kudrow's husband
Lisa married advertising executive Michael Stern in 1995, and the couple share a son named Julian. In 2014, Lisa was asked for the secret to her happy relationship. Speaking to Glamour, she said: "When [Michel and I] decided to get married, we understood: We're not promising to love each other forever, because you can't do that, but we are promising to work on whatever problems come up. We're committed to our marriage working. It turns out, after you have a history, there's such a bond, and love takes another shape. But, oh, I don't want to jinx it — I'm superstitious!"
