Hugh Jackman and ex-wife Deborra-Lee Furness have significantly discounted the asking price of their three-storey New York City apartment located in Manhattan's West Village. The former spouses initially listed the home for $38.9 million in 2022, but have since reduced the asking price by $10.7 million.
As per property records, the five-bedroom and six-bathroom apartment has been listed for $28,750,000. The three-level apartment spans 1021 square metres and was designed by architect Richard Meier. Due to the floor-to-ceiling windows, it offers panoramic views of the Hudson River and the Statue of Liberty.
The home boasts four ensuite bedrooms, a library, recreation spaces, a professional-grade kitchen and a master suite on the tenth floor finished with a sauna, dressing rooms and private studio.

According to reports, Deborra bought out Hugh's share in their three-bedroom Manhattan penthouse that is worth $24 million. The abode was purchased by the former spouse back in 2022 for $21.12 million.

The actor split from his wife of 27 years in September 2024. The pair, who share two children, Oscar and Ava, released a statement informing fans of their separation at the time. The former couple penned: "We have been blessed to share almost three decades together as husband and wife in a wonderful, loving marriage. Our journey now is shifting, and we have decided to separate to pursue our individual growth. Our family has been and always will be our highest priority. We undertake this next chapter with gratitude, love, and kindness. We greatly appreciate your understanding in respecting our privacy as our family navigates this transition in all of our lives."

Hugh looked dapper in a black suit and tie, paired with a white shirt, while Sutton looked elegant in a low-cut black satin dress.
The actress also stepped out alongside her beau at The Gotham Film Awards, held at Cipriani Wall Street, back in December. Sutton donned a glittering black dress that was embellished with intricate sequins. The garment, which featured razor-thin straps and a plunging neckline, was cut elegantly at the ankle.
