For over four decades, Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russell represent one of Hollywood's most powerful (and beloved) couples. And that extends to their property portfolio as well.
As two of the industry's highest-earning performers, the pair have owned several homes during their lifetime, although they now have four that they love most.
"Today, Goldie and I split our time between homes in L.A., Palm Desert, California, Old Snowmass, Colorado, and New York. We love real estate," Kurt recently told the Wall Street Journal.
Take a walk through Kurt and Goldie's property portfolio, from coast to coast…
Kurt and Goldie in New York
Goldie, 80, reportedly bought her Manhattan home, a lush penthouse on 57th St with 360 degree views of the Manhattan skyline, for nearly $4 million back in 1998, and she now shares the home with Kurt, 75.
The entire space was redesigned to reflect the Oscar winner's deep love for India and spirituality, including four life-size standing gold Buddhas throughout the space, a wall partition taken down to create more harmony between the spaces, a "meditation room" with a 1920s Chinese opium bed, fabrics and draperies sourced directly from India and Tibet, and the calming touches that make the space feel like home.
Kurt and Goldie in California
The longtime couple have owned several properties in California over the years, the most memorable being two estates in the Pacific Palisades. The first was one they'd purchased in 2004 for just over $4 million, eventually selling it in 2017 for just under $7 million. The renovated 1951 home eventually went back on the market in late 2025 for $13.5 million, with Sir Anthony Hopkins purchasing it in January 2026 for $13 million.
They bought another residence in the same area in 2011 for $5.7 million, which they custom built to a brand new mansion, including an in-built elevator and a guard manning the home at all times, especially when Goldie's alone, after multiple break-ins.
Their other primary residence is in the Palm Desert area, close to the Coachella Valley, where they own a 5,000 sq-foot oasis-like residence that was purchased reportedly in 2004. The 3-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom estate is close to their daughter Kate Hudson's home, and also features a lagoon-like pool and is now Goldie's "safe haven" since the break-ins.
Kurt and Goldie in Colorado
"Our Old Snowmass home is my favorite," Kurt told WSJ. "It's a large, beautiful log-cabin lodge on a ranch that we moved into a little over 40 years ago. Goldie and I share a passion for log homes. I never got that out of my system, starting with the one in Maine."
The couple have owned the home, which they built together, since 1985. Kurt owns the 6,500 sq-foot main residence, while Goldie owns the 2,700 sq-foot adjoining guest house, which was her son Oliver Hudson's primary residence during the '80s.
While they spend a majority of their time in California and New York for work, their default setting is in Colorado, where they're able to enjoy the quiet and the snow-capped mountains. It is also the site for all their family celebrations, especially ones involving their grandkids through Oliver, Kate and their son Wyatt Russell.
"Wyatt and Meredith [Hagner] and their two boys, they live in Colorado now. So we like to spend as much time there as we can," Kurt recently told Fox News Digital. "I'd like to be there more. And there's a different kind of life there. That's primarily it. I'd like to be able to spend as much time there as possible."
