Goldie Hawn embraced a subtle approach to the 'naked' dress trend for her latest appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live this week.

The actress oozed chic in a figure-hugging black gown that featured a semi-sheer bodice embellished with intricate silver sequins. The dress featured an off-the-shoulder neckline with long sleeves. Goldie's luscious blonde locks were styled into soft waves while her makeup oozed soft glam, courtesy of a smoky eye, a pinch of blush, and a glossy lip.

At 80, Goldie is proving that the risqué dress trend knows no age limit. At its core, the trend is defined by its barely-there materials, sheer mesh, metallic knits, chainmail, lace, and airy organza all play a part in its ethereal appeal.

As for her sartorial agenda, Goldie typically leans towards monochromatic ensembles. Earlier this month, she stepped out in a sleek, tailored look for the Beverly Hills Film Festival held at the TLC Chinese Theatre in Hollywood. Goldie rocked a streamlined black blazer with a pair of straight-leg fitted pants. The ensemble was styled with a pair of metallic pumps for a glitzy touch.

The star has passed down her age-defying beauty secrets and wellness practices to her daughter, Kate Hudson. In a clip filmed for Vogue, Kate explained how her mother's habits influenced her routine. "People always ask me like, 'What advice does your mom give you?' especially with skincare and beauty and stuff," she said, revealing that: "So we actually give each other advice."

"She was into stuff way before anyone was into it. My mom was like, drinking mushroom juice," she recalled. "She had a Chinese medicine doctor that would bring these tinctures to the house and these big things that looked like animals floating inside of them but they really were just roots." Kate continued: "As I got older, I was like, 'Mom is really onto something."

It's not just beauty secrets that the pair share. The mother-and-daughter duo also bond over their love for performing. "I would love to work with my mom. It would just have to be so right. We would both want it to be very meaningful. Whatever that is or whenever that time comes, I hope so," Kate shared on a recent episode of LIVE with Kelly & Mark.

"My mom hasn’t worked in a long time. She does a lot with kids and she’s really happy in her life. But I think about it all the time," she added.
