Maya Hawke and her husband, Christian Lee Hutson, are embarking on an exciting new venture in New York City, just two weeks after their intimate Valentine's Day wedding. The Stranger Things actor and her musician partner are set to perform together in the very city where they said: "I do."
Maya, 27, and Christian, 35, are performing at the 39th Annual Tibet House US Benefit Concert Line-Up at Carnegie Hall on March 3, 2026. The newlyweds will be joined by Maya's mom and honorary chair, Uma Thurman, as well as Maggie Gyllenhaal, Peter Sarsgaard, Arden Wohl, and Jonah Freeman.
The event supports the work of Tibet House US, a non-profit educational institution and cultural embassy founded in 1987 by the Dalai Lama to ensure the survival of the unique Tibetan civilization.
© Getty ImagesAnd, this performance is not the first time Maya and Christian have shared the stage together. On February 26, 2024, the couple performed at the 37th Annual Tibet House US Benefit Concert.
When did Maya and Christian meet?
The musicians have been romantically linked since 2023 after meeting while working on music together. Christian contributed to Maya's music, including her albums Moss and Chaos Angel.

Christian is a singer and songwriter
Like his wife, Christian is a talented musician. He's released three studio albums which were all co-producers by his longtime collaborator, Phoebe Bridgers.
"Everyone else I worked with up until that point was like: 'Yeah, you're pretty good, but you're not good enough,'" Christian explained to The Line of Best Fit in September 2024. "Phoebe was the first person that made me feel like I didn't have to do anything other than go into the room and play the song."
© Getty ImagesOf course, Christian's other collaborator is his wife. Maya released her third studio album, Chaos Angel, which was produced by Christian, in 2024.
"Christian has been so encouraging to me as a musician, helping me to make the transition from a being a poet in a band to sort of being a musician," she told Variety in June 2024. "That's how I knew that Christian would wind up as the album's co-producer."
Little did she know that he would also end up as her husband.

The couple tied the knot at St. George's Episcopal on Stuyvesant Square in Manhattan, and following the wedding ceremony, guests walked from the chapel to the reception at The Players, a private members club in Gramercy Park.
© Getty ImagesFor their special day, the Stranger Things star and her musician husband were supported by the former's famous parents, exes Uma and Ethan Hawke, as well as celebrity friends like her Stranger Things co-star Finn Wolfhard, plus Iris Apatow with her boyfriend Sam Nivola, among others.
Photos of the special day see Maya, who is often dressed by Prada, in a sleeveless white gown with a boat neckline and a drop-waist adorned with a simple flat bow. Christian wore a classic black tux to the affair.
