Wyatt Russell and his actress wife Meredith Hagner relocated their young family from LA to Colorado in 2025 - and they haven't looked back!
The celebrity couple has an idyllic mountain-view home near the ranch owned by Wyatt's parents, Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russell.
This week, Meredith shared a glimpse inside the stunning property on social media - and it could easily pass as a boutique hotel.
Taking to Instagram, the mother-of-two shared a picture of their spacious living room - which features floor-to-ceiling windows for optimum lighting - in its full glory as the sun shone outside.
The space has double-height ceilings and wood-framed windows, boasting a panoramic view of the family's sprawling backyard.
The couple also has great interior taste; the living room features white shearling armchairs contrasting with dark green checked armchairs with faux-fur throws.
There is also a white sofa with colorful cushions - allowing for plenty of room to host their large extended family. At the center is a woven coffee table, complete with a vase of flowers and coffee table books. Framed family photographs, several houseplants, and their beloved pet dog also feature in the space.
Why Wyatt and Meredith moved to Colorado
The couple decided to move to Aspen following the January 2025 LA wildfires. Meredith opened up about the family's big life change in a reflective post shared at the end of the year. It read: "2025- moved to a pocket of heaven in the mountains on the river, deeply enjoying this life season with the sweetest little dudes, so much family time, made some art i feel very proud of, swam in rivers, rode horses, found secret beaches, made some soul friends, actressed ,fell more in love with my husband who rules at being dad. what a gift it is to be."
Kurt recently opened up about his love of spending time in Colorado, especially now that Wyatt and Meredith are also based there. "What I enjoy most is that [Goldie] really likes it in Colorado. Wyatt and Meredith, and their two boys, they live in Colorado now. So we like to spend as much time there as we can,” he told Fox News. "I'd like to be there more, and there's a different kind of life there. That's primarily it. I'd like to be able to spend as much time there as possible," Kurt added.
The family's Colorado traditions
The family celebrates the holidays, including Christmas and New Year's Eve, at Goldie and Kurt's ranch. Goldie's oldest son, Oliver Hudson, recently told Best Quality Designer Handbag about their special traditions during a chat on the red carpet.
He told us: "We're very traditional in the sense that we read The Night Before Christmas – 'Merry Christmas to all, to all a good night,' – and then we have someone who will dress up as Santa, running behind the trees and in the snow behind the lights, and the kids are losing their minds."
