Princess Charlotte was the image of her sporty mum, the Princess of Wales, in new family footage featuring their two dogs, released by the royals to celebrate their only daughter's 11th birthday.
Prince William and his wife, Kate, posted a behind-the-scenes look inside their lives away from the cameras and royal duties and filmed Charlotte as she played on a beach and enjoyed the summer weather.
In a flurry of clips that were stitched together and uploaded with a soothing acoustic guitar soundtrack, Prince George and Prince Louis's sister was captured playing with the family dogs, the cocker spaniel named Orla and a one-year-old brown spaniel puppy named Otto.
Charlotte was sitting on the deck of a boat with the pets as the video started playing. It continued on, showing the pre-teen as she collected rocks on a sandy beach and spelt out words in the sand.
Finally, she was recorded taking a run-up before expertly bowling a cricket ball, perhaps hinting at a future in the sport as she nears her teenage years.
The young royal was wearing a casual ensemble for her day at the beach, featuring navy shorts with tassels along the hemline and a loose-fitting turquoise T-shirt. She let her long brunette hair fly loose around her shoulders and fought off the cold with a light blue hoodie.
The footage was filmed during a family trip to Cornwall over the Easter holidays and was captured by Matt Porteous, the same photographer who took the picture of Charlotte, released to mark her 11th birthday.
Alongside the clips, the Waleses penned a note that simply said: "Thank you for the lovely birthday messages for Princess Charlotte, 11 today!"

The birthday girl was pictured standing in a field of daisies, beaming for the camera, showing off her very long hair, on the morning of her special day.
Shared to the family's official Instagram account, the portrait was in keeping with their usual birthday traditions and matched the style of Prince Louis's portrait, which was released only weeks ago for his eighth birthday.
Charlotte looked effortlessly stylish, wearing a striped red and black knitted jumper over the top of a blue collared shirt and some dark blue jeans. Her brunette hair hung long down past her shoulders.
The young Princess is expected to celebrate her special day privately with her parents and her two brothers: 12-year-old Prince George and Prince Louis, eight.

The Waleses finally shared the name of their second puppy after posting a tribute to the brown spaniel, who came from a litter of their second dog, Orla’s puppies, on his first birthday.
A picture of Otto looking straight at the camera was posted by Kensington Palace on social media on Friday with the caption: "Welcome to the family, Otto! 1 today."
William and Kate have had Orla, who is a cocker spaniel, since their first dog, Lupo, died unexpectedly in 2020. They were given the spaniel by Kate’s brother James Middleton as a wedding present.
